Welcome to Suzy Wills Personal Training. I am a personal trainer in Plymouth and the South Hams area with a proven track record of helping women lose weight to achieve their preferred shape. Over the last 15 years, I have built a wealth of experience working as a personal trainer in Plymouth and some of the South West's premier health and fitness clubs. Now settled in Plymouth, I help my clients to lose weight, increase strength and conditioning and improve body confidence.

Health and fitness information can be horribly overwhelming. Luckily for you, I have learned all the frighteningly complicated theory so you do not have to worry. We can then use your precious time doing what is right to get the results you desire.
I enjoy personal training with all clients, but I have a particular specialism in two areas: pre & post natal exercise and clients with low confidence and big goals.
Pre and Post natal Exercise
As a mother of three, I know the challenges of staying in your preferred shape. When you train with me, you will enjoy having a friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable pre and post natal personal trainer who has experienced, three times, the joys and challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.
Low Confidence Clients
I also have vast experience of working with clients with low confidence or cultural / religious sensitivities. If the thought of training in a gym, full of mirrors under the watchful eyes of others terrifies you, I can help. I train my clients from my private, boutique, personal training studio in Hollacombe (between Staddiscombe and Wembury) on the edge of Plymouth. Conveniently located for Wembury, Plymstock and Plymouth City Centre, it provides you with utter privacy while you train.
